"The building is in need of a full refurbishment throughout. Tired carpets and curtains, damaged or poorly repaired walls, broken lifts and windows. For the price listed, i could have found better and had i have known, i would have. The parking was free, after speaking to the young man on reception, he said it was not necessary to record my vehicle registration. So i guess we'll see if a ticket lands at my door. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. "

"Very clean room staff very friendly great service at the bar only thing that wasn’t good is your pillows only one in the room and it was very very soft it was like having no pillow yes I did ask staff for another one but forgot to get it as it was late I think they should have two spare above the wardrobe bit "

"Great location with easy walk to the London Luton Airport. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Also had dinner the night before which was fine. Happily return next time we're flying out of LTN. "

"No plug in the sink. No house phone. No support (other than a hot towel rail) to get out of the shower/bath. Room lighting inadequate. Insufficient milk for morning tea/coffee (in all fairness you are not alone with this deficiency). Inadequate explanation when booking as to whether it is BandB or just Bed. If the car park is full (nowhere near enough if all rooms are taken) you have to walk back to the main building car park. Bedroom cold."

"Great hotel in a wonderfully quiet and tranquil location. The staff were lovely and very helpful throughout my stay. The only minor downside was that the bathroom wasn’t completely spotless. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience, and I would happily stay here again and again. Many thanks for making my stay so enjoyable."
