"We stayed here for five days. It was a nice trip. The house is a good size. There were four of us but this house could easily be comfortable for more. Nice game room, spacious basement, and beautiful porch views. Very close to town. It was a peaceful setting, sitting in the hot tub and watching the beautiful dear walking through the woods! My only suggestion is to please get more curtains/blinds. My kiddos wanted to have a slumber party on the couch and it was just too bright to sleep there. Highly recommend this cabin and would definitely rent again if we come to town. Thank you. "

"It was a beautiful weekend with family, the hot tub with Mountain View’s were amazing. Cute little downtown area. We really enjoyed Chester’s downtown. Helen was a close easy drive for the mountain coaster. We really wanted to do Margaritaville at Lake Lanier for snow tubing but it was canceled because of the weather but on our last day we woke up to snow and the kids were stoked so that was a great end to our trip! Dave was so helpful and understanding when we needed a later check out, really a great experience!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions that made getting settled a breeze.The cabin itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated — a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We especially loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living area with the stone fireplace. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long hikes. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the dining area was ideal for family dinners.The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the linens felt fresh and luxurious. We all slept great! The outdoor spaces were a highlight — morning coffee on the porch with a view of the mountains was unforgettable, and the fire pit area made for fun evenings roasting marshmallows under the stars. We all had a blast playing games in converted garage space and it was still warm down there too!Our host was responsive, thoughtful, and made sure to check in on us when the weather was looking like it might take a turn for a nasty ice storm. We truly appreciated the extra touches that made is feel even more homey like blankets, pillow, mattress toppers and quality toiletries.Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and charming. Just be sure to give it some gas on the driveway and don't miss the turn into the cabin the first time! "
