Beautiful house in the AMAPI condominium, facing the Iguabinha lagoon.

  • Olá sou a Josy Dalla e estou alugando por temporada ou anual, uma linda casa de praia, também considerada casa tipo fazenda (térrea), com piscina, churrasqueira, vaga para carro, no condomínio AMAPI.
    Tudo isso, à fica 5 minutos caminhando até o comércio local, onde possui: farmácia, lan House, supermercado, padaria, posto de gasolina, pracinha com equipamentos para malhar, posto de saúde e etc.

    A casa que alugo é a TÉRREA, já a casa de cima, eu e meu esposo utilizamos. A casa térrea possuí (02) quartos, com cama de casal e o outro quarto com duas camas de solteiros, sala de estar, cozinha, lavanderia, (01) banheiro interno e o outro (meio) banheiro perto da piscina, churrasqueira com espaço gourmet, chuveiro perto da piscina, local dentro do quintal para estacionar, um lindo quintal com árvores frutíferas, além de ter uma vista indevassável para lagoa de Iguabinha... Venham!!!

Melhor do que o esperado.

O imóvel nos surpreendeu positivamente, pelas fotos achavamos que a casa não estava mobiliada. Para nossa surpresa a anfitriã providenciou fogão, geladeira, camas, mesa, sofá e utensílios de cozinha, além de roupa de cama. O lugar é bem tranquilo. Comércio, mercado, farmácia, padaria a 5 minutos à pé. A casa é bem arejada e estava super limpinha. Tem uma pequena piscina e churrasqueira. Josi e Luciano nos receberam com muita simpatia, são super prestativos e muito agradáveis. Minha filha de 9 anos amou o casal que deu uma atenção super especial a ela. Certamente iremos voltar.
