Eu fiquei muito frustrada.
O banheiro sujo com cabelos no ralo assim como a pia.
Ñ tinha nem sabonete como de costume nos hoteis e pousadas mais simples q já fiquei.
Funcionários bem atenciosos e educados, ótima localização (perto da Orla e do Shopping RioMar), boa relação custo-benefício.

É um bom hotel mas precisa de material novo.
Em geral foi tranquila, só uma observação em relação aos lençóis, fronhas e travesseiros que já estão muito surrados e furados, necessitando de troca, pois, estão muito gastos.
hotel muito ruim...colchoes usadissimos que doem a coluna ... roupa de cama amarela de tanto uso...o que salva sao os funcionarios ... muito atenciosos
Assim que fomos usar o chuveiro pela 1ª vez, este estava com a resistência queimada. Informamos a recepção, mas esta não conseguiu trocar pois não havia resistência reserva e não havia funcionário que poderia ir comprar (!!!). Pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas disseram que o hotel estava lotado. Pedimos para que nos mandasse para outro hotel, mas disseram que não faziam isso e que não pagariam se fôssemos por conta própria. Pedimos para levarmos a um motel onde poderíamos tomar banho, disseram que não tinha como. Por fim, sugeri tomar banho em outro quarto que ainda não tinha sido ocupado. Depois de algum tempo, aceitaram essa última sugestão. Feito isso, no dia seguinte a tarde, nos mandaram para outro quarto (QUE ERA DE CATEGORIA PIOR DO QUE A QUE PAGAMOS). Além disso tudo, o gerente foi omisso, jamais falou com a gente pessoalmente, sequer para pedir desculpas ou dar satisfação, os funcionários que tiveram q intermediar. O referido gerente, por telefone com o funcionário, ainda disse que só poderia resolver o problema no dia seguinte. No fim das contas, EU tive que sugerir soluções para o problema do chuveiro e o gerente, mesmo sabendo que o hotel estava lotado, jamais deu as caras, falou sempre por meio de funcionários e sequer pediu desculpas. E ainda nos transferiram para quarto pior sem dar qualquer desconto. Para constar, tomar banho a noite ou às 6h da manhã com a água gelada não é algo legal, e nós pagamos por uma quarto COM chuveiro e não ducha.
Não gostei, primeiro a minha reserva não estava informada ao hotel, não houve uma comunicação da Hoteis.com com o hotel, o funcionário da recepção disse que tivemos sorte pois ainda tinha quarto disponível, fomos para um quarto que o chuveiro estava quebrado. Tomar banho frio às 23:00 em uma cidade que chovia muito!!! Uma falta de respeito ao cliente, nos foi disponibilizado um quarto no segundo andar. Minha esposa tem uma restrição física como subir? Uma verdadeira falta de respeito. Para completar tive que pagar a reserva pela segunda vez. Paguei no site e paguei no hotel. Como fica?
