"I wound up leaving and lost all the money I spent on the room because of it. They didn’t offer to give me back any of it. The entire building reeked of cigarette smoke. So much so that I got a headache. I was honestly there about 15 min max. The room was disgusting. The tub/jacuzzi is a joke, do not pay extra for that. When I initially just complained about the cleanliness of the jacuzzi, he first tried to up charge me to a more expensive room where the tub would be “better” and then he told me “if you don’t want to use the jacuzzi you don’t have to”. That was one of the main selling points. I was trying to treat myself after a lot of bouncing around from city to city, I wanted to relax. This place was the furthest from relaxing. When I turned on the AC it poured out water. I know it’s just condensation but still. All in all it was a crappy hotel with even worse customer service. 0/10 Do not recommend!"
