Nice to stay for snorkeling.

First they wanted to give me a room in a lower category than I had reserved which even was not prepared but after a short discussion I got a room in the right category. The recepionist was very supportive. Good breakfast buffet. Perfect place for snorkeling. The street to the hotel is a bit difficult to find, as well as the hotel itself because there's a different name written on the signs there.

The property was extremely dirty. Lots of garbage and awfull smell. No decent breakfast. We had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Staff doesn't speak English. Fotos on Internet are misleading.

Very unprofessional. No one at the reception for a very long time. We were well received by the diving group that stayed below the hotel. Didn't get any information about when the room was ready for us. when we finally got the room 2 hours later the bed linen was dirty and we only got 1 set of towels and soap. Very unfriendly staff, never smiled. The breakfast was terrible. it says it starts at 0830. but nothing was ready until 0845. They were not prepared and unprofessional. 3 types of toppings, 2 jams and 1 meat topping. Didn't taste good. Got after 1 hour scrambled eggs as requested. 6 sunbeds in total and 1 parasol is too insufficient when you have over 20 rooms and space for 50 guests each.

Lamentable ! A fuir !!

Extrêmement déçu ! Un accueil catastrophique où on insiste pour que je paie une chambre qui est déjà payée. Puis après discussion et preuve de débit de ma CB, la personne de l’accueil me dit que parfois ils ont un problème sur leur système. De plus, la chambre était degueulasse ! Aucune prise ne fonctionnait. Mobilier vieux, cassé… Nous avions réservé un séjour avec petit déjeuner mais nous n’en n’avons pas eu. Personne n’était présent dans l’établissement à notre départ à 8h. Au point où nous avons dû laisser les clefs sur le comptoir de l’accueil. Nous avons d’ailleurs annulé la 2eme nuit de la fin de notre séjour dans leur établissement. Lamentable !
