Slightly odd attitude from staff including a query about going out for a cigarette or to our car at night - we were told the external doors would be locked - from a receptionist sitting with wet hair in his boxer shorts ... so overall quirky but fine. "The hotel is located in a lovely spot in Inveraray. The room we had was very clean, tidy and comfortable. There was sufficient parking bays available. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there was a lot of choice on the menu.The hotel is situated about 10min walk from the centre of Inveraray. There are some lovely shops, places to eat and things to see in Inveraray. I would recommend the Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa as a place to stay when visiting Inveraray. "

"Room a bit cold and adjusting heating didn't make much difference. Hotel is a few miles south of Fort William so I stayed in for dinner which I seriously regret. Food was mediocre at best and expensive for burnt pepperoni pizza overloaded with cheese and tomato paste and sausage unidentifiable as pepperoni. Staff uninterested in doing anything to help."

"It is an amazing place - beautiful - our suite (queen’s suite) was incredible. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. The food is incredible- highly recommend their amazing dinner service. This our second time staying there and we will come back next year."

"We had a great stay here. Everything was wonderful. The view was absolutely exquisite. The staff were totally helpful, accommodating, and very polite. The place was clean and lovely. The bed were reasonably comfortable. The only thing that was a little off, was that the blind in the bathroom was broken, so we had to manually roll it up if we wanted it open. It was no big deal since everything else was so lovely. "
