A cozinha interna não estava com o exaustor em funcionamento, por isso, todo o cheiro de fritura se espalhava pelo hotel, inclusive nos quartos com limpeza a desejar.

Hotel muito simples no centro de Aparecida.

Hotel básico, MUITO simples, apartamento com ar condicionado split, TV de tela pequena e extremamente mal posicionada, pois nem da cama consegue-se visualiza-la; A ausência de uma poltrona ou cadeira no quarto torna-se impossível visualizar a TV. Quarto muito simples, porém roupa de cama bem limpa. O banheiro é muito apertado e não conta sequer com uma ducha higiênica, muito comum e necessária para uma boa higienização. Chuveiro com boa saída de agua mas o box é muito mal acabado e a agua vazou por todo o banheiro. Café da manhã simples mas comível. Destaque para os funcionários, todos educados e solícitos. Em resumo: um hotel para se passar uma noite apenas.

Houve problema no hotel e o mesmo fez uma reacomodação em outro hotel parceiro. Ficamos no hotel PortoBello o qual nos atendeu muito bem. Recepção ótima. Localização boa, bem próximo da rodoviária. Quarto bom, porém, cama dura.

O hotel tem localização razoável, os quartos são limpos e café da manhã intermediário. Durante o dia há muito barulhos nos corredores, porém a noite é mais tranquilo.

O hotel atende perfeitamente ao preço que cobra. Local de acesso tranquilo para a rodoviária (muito próxima), basília velha (média distância) e o santuário (distância maior, aprox. 15 minutos à pé). Prédio aparentemente novo com serviço de limpeza impecável. Café da manhã mais simples mas que condiz com a tarifa. Fiquei muito satisfeito.

No geral é um bom hotel, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos, o café da manhã é bom e a limpeza é satisfatória. Minha unica observação seria quanto ao tamanho dos banheiros, muito pequenos, aconselho a verificar essa questão na hora de uma reserva, pois tivemos que solicitar uma alteração de quarto por conta disso, o que fomos prontamente atendidos.
