O Hotel fica a 600m da Basílica de Aparecida, e de facil acesso. Quarto amplo, comportou muito bem 4 pessoas, o café da Manhã é simples, porem muito saboroso. Recomendo o hotel, minha familia gostou muito.

A pousada é muito boa, cama e chuveiro ótimos (só faltou uma barra de apoio dentro do box), café da manhã bem servido com bolos, iogurte, suco, frutas.. Tive a sorte de ficar em um quarto no térreo pois minha mãe tem 87 anos e ficaria difícil se ficasse no andar superior. Tem um restaurante muito bom quase em frente, a Basílica é bem próxima para quem não tem problemas de locomoção. Local silencioso, tem ar condicionado, quarto é pequeno mas não é minúsculo, enfim, pousada simples e boa.

Estadia otima, atendimento super acolhedor, cafe da mamha otimo tambem. Minha familia gostou muito e voltaremos com certeza. Achei que o estacionamento no terreno proximo iria atrapalhar, mas o controle do portao fica disponivel a todo tempo, nao tivemos problemas.

A estadia no Hotel e Pousada Santa Cruz foi excelente! Já fiz muitas viagens, mas nunca fui tão bem recebido e me senti tão a vontade como nos dias em que ficamos hospedados. Desde o primeiro contato, o atendimento foi impecável. O Tiago e a Karine se preocuparam com todos os detalhes da nossa estadia. Por ocasião da situação de pandemia, o estado de SP decretou 3 dias de restrições e como coincidiram com os nossos dias de hospedagem, o Tiago fez o contato conosco relatando o ocorrido e nos instruiu da melhor maneira possível para que pudéssemos hospedar com tranquilidade. Foram dias de muito conforto e hospitalidade. O café da manhã foi delicioso com variedades e tudo fresquinho. A limpeza e o cuidado estão presentes em tudo e isso faz muita diferença! Agradecemos e parabenizamos os anfitriões pela receptividade e por depositar amor no que fazem. Que Deus abençoe constantemente o trabalho de vocês!
