Super helpfull staff who spoke English well enough to save our embarrasment at speaking no Italian . The room was a good size and bed comfortable . A good honest 3 star hotel . Sadly the streets and surrounding area were not ,lots of dog mess , but would probably stay here again .

Absolutely delightful.

Absolutely delightful. A bargain. The owner Nino was friendly, very helpful, and excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room had a beautiful view of the water. The rooftop terrace was perfect for the sunset.

The hotel is located a bit outside of town on the beach front. Spent a lot of time by the rooftop pool which had an amazing view. The room was on the smaller side and didn’t leave much space for bags etc. Breakfast was good

Another great stay

This was our second stay here and we have already booked our third. Very friendly staff, nice rooms with a lovely view of the sea across the road. Good breakfast on the rooftop terrace where there is also a pool if you don’t fancy he beach.

Property has been receiving an extension building recently. Owner is running the structures. Breakfast is cool, our room was clean and pleasant even if a bad smell was constatybpresent maybe because of air filtering or something else not revised?

Would stay here again

We liked our stay here. It's a nice location, close to Anzio Colonia train stop, right across the street from the ocean and on a wide sidewalk great for walking or going for a morning run. There are pizzerias and a great bakery near the train stop, or you can walk approx 1 mile for some great restaurants in downtown Anzio. Owners are very nice. Room was comfortable, and the wifi worked well. One note-you can't purchase train tickets at the Anzio Colonia train stop, so plan to get a round trip ticket, purchase online, or allow time to purchase at the local coffee shop if they're open.

Perfect short stay.

Perfect hotel for a short break. Good breakfast with a stunning sea view on the rooftop terrace. The pool on the rooftop was quite good too. The beach opposite the hotel is simply stunning

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe

In vergleichsweise ruhiger Gegend gelegenes Hotel mit Meerblick und Pool auf der Dachterrase, auf der auch morgens das Frühstücksbuffet serviert wird. Freundliche Angestelle die einem auch den frisch zubereiteten Kaffee an die Poolliege bringt - so macht Entspannen Spaß!

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso due notti presso l'hotel che si trova sulla litoranea fronte mare. All'esterno, specialmente di notte, attira l'attenzione per le luci blu che circondano i balconi..sembra la tipica struttura di un hotel a Miami.La nostra camera al secondo piano laterale era molto pulita,molto confortevole e moderna. I proprietari sono deliziosi, gentilissimi e disponibili. La colazione molto ricca e variegata per tutti i gusti. Insomma la mia valutazione per questo hotel è più che positiva e lo consiglio agli amanti del mare, anche d'inverno.

Litet hotell vid havet. Bara en gata mellan strand & hotell. Inte superhårt trafikerad gata. Fin strand nära. Inga restauranger inom gångavstånd. Men 5 minuter med bil fanns massor av härliga fiskrestauranger. Relativt slitet men väldigt rent & fräscht. Underbar pool & utsikt över havet. Väldigt hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var väl ok men inga nyttiga alternativ. Allt förpackat i små plastförpackningar. Hade kunnat ha mindre utbud men färre alternativ.

Beachfront

The hotel was a reasonable price for being right in front of the beach. The beach wasn't busy for the time of year we went, but was warm enough for us. Hotel was clean, had a roof pool, and the breakfast provided was good. I was woken up once by a guest above me however that has less to do with the hotel and more to do with the guest. Downtown Anzio is about 2 km walk from cafes, restaurants, and bars. Which was nothing for the amount we walked on this trip.
