Excellent location. Good breakfast. Need to greatly enhance the check in procedures. It took nearly 90 minutes: Unprecedented and unnecessary delays. Fortunately, we survived that ordeal and found the place was more than decent.

The hotel is modern. The restaurant is excellent. Pool looked fine. Terrace view Staff failed to call in our early breakfast even though they said they would. They fixed that, but our schedule was tight Very difficult to find. Parking was a zoo because it is combined with a shopping mall and office building. No street signage or sign indicating which is the hotel parking entrance. Took the wrong entrance to park, found a parking spot with our number and then we're trapped getting out because we were on the wrong side of the garage. Oh, hotel reception has little sign and looks like any other office in the complex

When I got into my room, I realized that the safe didn't work; I called the reception desk, and they sent somebody to fix it. That night at the hotel's restaurant, they refuse to charge the bill to my room even if I had deposited my credit card. Next morning I found that the shower didn't have hot water and the safe didn't work again. That night I asked for a wake-up call at 07:00 am and a taxi at 09:00 am. Next day I did not receive the wake-up call and at 09:15 am the taxi was not there yet. I asked about it, and they said that it was just few minutes away. At 09:30 I asked again where the taxi was, but they didn't know. I asked about a different taxi, a regular taxi, but they only tried to tell me that they were not responsible for the situation, an attitude coated with a layer of high dignity. When I understood that no help was coming from any of the two incompetent people at the hotel, I went out with my luggage looking for a taxi; I found out that 30 meters from the hotel door, just around the corner, there was an official taxi stop with a long line of empty taxis. It is tempting to think that the whole thing was the outcome of plain stupidity, but I think that something even worse was at play. Now I think that the hotel manager probably doubles down as the official driver for the guests.

Bien situé en centre ville. Appart hotel standard, La chambre est bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le problème est le parking (avec paiement en supplément) très difficile d’accès avec de très mauvaises indications de la réception. On a du mettre 1/2 d’heure pour franchir toutes les étapes!

Excelente, tranquilo y espacioso lugar para descansar y salir de la rutina. El único inconveniente que tuve fue no tener estacionamiento cuando en la pagina decía que tenía estacionamiento gratis. No pensé que tenía que dejar mi auto en la calle a 2 cuadras del hotel... Sugiero que modifiquen esa parte porque uno va la primera vez, y cae! Pero tengalo por seguro que no vuelve y pierden clientes por no ser honestos.

Sin servicio de agua potable

No había agua al llegar al edificio, no se nos comunicó que no había al llegar a hacer el check in, al momento de entrar a la habitacion nos dimos cuenta y fui a preguntar a recepción en el cual me dicen q los técnicos estaban solucionando el problema, esperamos un par de horas y hasta aproximadamente las 22:00 no había llegado aún así q decidimos ir a pedir el reembolso para poder cambiarnos de establecimiento, nos dieron la opción de dejar un correo enviado a la oficina central y nos responderían el siguiente día hábil, el resto todo bien en cuanto a ubicación y establecimiento, pero lamentablemente sin un servicio básico no se podía hospedar ya que teníamos un compromiso y nos retrasó todo el itinerario programado.

Situé à côté du Mallplaza,l' hôtel bénéficie d'une super toit terrasse mais gros bémol,la piscine était en maintenance et aucune communication sur le problème.En sachant que j' ai pris l hôtel pour la piscine ,je suis déçue
