Fantastic little hotel with beautiful old style room in the heart of old town!! Very cheap, very clean and definitely very friendly place to stay. Manager absolutely fantastic looking after us. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is charming and in an excellent location in the old town. The bed was comfortable and the room spotless. Only took a star off because there was no water for a shower in the morning, not just no hot water but no water from taps. Unfortunate when 40 degrees C outside. Aircon was also good in the room too.

This was a great stay. Comfortable bed. Appealing room and very accommodating with the couple of requests we had. The free breakfast included was quite good and the lunch we had there was even better and prices were more than reasonable. And it was in a great location in the old town.

Best Hotel in the City Centre.

The WiFi was not working in our rooms. Apart from that the Room is perfect, clean and the staff is very friendly. It’s is also located in the old town which makes it very convenient to travel around the city centre.

Ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town, the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed. We were only in the apartment from late evening until morning, exploring the nearby area during the day. A couple of negatives for our economy room which was on the ground floor with tables right outside our closed window. It was noisy at night and the tables outside our window were in constant use and the curtains were see through as we could see people sitting at the tables do privacy and soundproofing was not great. The television did not work either, however overall it was still good value for money.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the tourist area. Scores of restaurant options, shopping and historical sites. The rooms was quaint. I recommend the second floor, the rooms a larger and quieter. Staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Fuerzon and Kadir.

Nice Stay.

Stayed a couple of nights and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and a bonus of 10% off at the restaurant for guests. We ate there twice and the food and portions were good. Get one cheesecake between two! Two oldies in December found it quiet and comfortable, it might not be so quiet in the summer.

My family and I stayed at Casa Franco for a few days and we loved it. It is cozy, and staff is beyond friendly and helpful, we felt safe with our daughter in a separate room from us. The hotel is 10 mins from Mermerli beach, shopping center and a bunch of restaurants right at your door step. Would come back again with my family soon, hopefully next year.

This was located in the Old Town, parking, driving in that area is very difficult (parking was not possible). You have to park about a 8 minute walk away. But it was a great hotel. Old Town is amazing and there are so many places to eat and shop.

The hotel has a perfect location in the old town, the rooms are small but serviceable. I paid for 4 days but left after 3. My bed was 3m from and 1m below a restaurant table on the street separated by a double window and a curtain. The restaurant and street noise was extreme. I reserved a room with a queen bed (I'm a big guy) but got a room with twin beds, they promised night 1 and 2 to fix it. On day 3 they pushed them together but otherwise left them the same. In all aspects the staff was unconcerned. I wanted a bottle of water but had to go twice to the restaurant asking for it to finally get it.

We were checked into the wrong room! And this was smaller than the one booked! This room seemed much older and less modern than the one booked and was dirty. As we had arranged a trip and had to be out within 5-10 minutes to make our connection, we decided to deal with the problems on our return. When we communicated our displeasure to the manger he was helpful and said he will try and get the room booked for the next day. At this time I was informed that we could have our drinks and meal free of charge! At this point we were having a drink after our tour and resting. Later we had a meal and 2 drinks and retired to bed as we had a tour booked for the next day at 9.00 am. As we got ready for bed the manager came to the door and tried to insist on payment for our meal & drinks. When I challenged him on this. He told me he only meant what we were having at the time, before our evening meal? I was later informed the owner said the drinks & meal would not be charged for. The next day we had a trip booked for 9.00 am breakfast only started at 8.30 am which left little time as it was served even later we could not eat our breakfast & had to leave. On our return from our trip we were informed that the original was ready to see. However we were to tired to contemplate moving, so decided to stay were we were.
