Had an absolutely brilliant time - will definitely be returning. Staff, facilities, food, cleanliness all amazing! Celebrated my son’s 5th birthday during our stay and the restaurant, cake, balloons etc. really made it special for us and him.

Nice hotel....

Very Nice hotel! Great service!! Rom service ok.. forgot to come to the room. But the pool areas great superb service. Whenever your drink was finished they Where there to service you. Best service girl was Tügce, best att all delphins hotels. Been At all of them.

Ich war mit meinem Mann das erste Mal dort, weil wir in der Nähe Einiges zu tun hatten. Wir waren eigentlich nur zum Schlafen und essen im Hotel. Die Anlage ist im Sommer bestimmt schönt, aber jetzt Ende Dezember war es überfüllt und ich will mir nicht vorstellen wie es im Sommer ist. Das Personal ist nur zu den sichtbaren Touristen nett und sehr aufmerksam. Für uns sichtbare Türken zeigte Keiner Interesse. Man wurde einfach übersehen und ignoriert beim Essen. Zimmer waren sauber. Parkplätze abends knapp. Dekoration am Eingang war sehr kitschig.

L’hôtel est bien mais beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup trop de bruit !! Tous les soirs nous entendions la musique comme si l’hôtel était une boîte de nuit. J’ai été demandé à la réception d’où venait tout ce bruit et on m’a répondu : ah mais vous êtes dans la 1216 c’est normal de ce côté il y l’hôtel Titanic et donc beaucoup de bruit. Donc lorsque j’ai réservé ils ont vu que j’étais avec un bébé de 7 mois mais ça ne les a pas dérangé de me mettre dans le côté le plus bruyant de l’hôtel 🤔. A par ça l’hôtel est bien

one cant feel being bored its richness and diversity in activities, one feels as a guest so much wanted and the lack of rigidness and very much helpful and rather tolerant of the reception department and the guest relationship namely SEMA IN THEIR APPROCH TOWARDS ME AND OTHER GUESTS PRESUMEBLY being very much helpful and understanding. this is typical of be grand since this was my third or fourth time coming there and i am planing coming in next march .

Les personnes à l’accueil sont très sympas. En revanche le reste du personnel n’est pas à l’écoute et arrogant. Le système de réservation des restaurants à la carte n’est pas efficace, il faut faire la queue pendant pendant 45 minutes à heure fixe avec au bout du compte: aucune réservation! Hotel od prvního dojmu luxusní, obsluha milá, jen je potřeba brát v potaz, že se celkově hodně soustředí na děti, takže těch bylo opravdu hodně. Jinak super, jezdíme do Turecka pravidelně a stále je něco, co nás mile překvapí.

Oldukça temiz ve hijyen konusunda gayet başarılı. Yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzet konusunda gerçekten mükemmeller. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve kibarlar. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Tek bir Olumsuz yanı var market. Hotel yönetiminin biran önce denetlemesi gerek. Kaba bir satıcı ve yönetmeliğe aykırı tütün ürünleri fiyatlandırma ve raf düzeni. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufhenthalt im Delphin be Grand hotel vom zimmer bis zum pool alles toll . Nur unserer Meinung nach waren bis auf einen Pool alle zu warm . Sonst alles Top auch der aqua park . Leider war der checkout nicht so ein schöner abschluss . Man hat uns ignoriert obwohl mermaligem Augen Kontakt auf unserer frage ob man uns ein Taxi organisieren würde . Wollte sie uns den hotel shuttle service vermitteln wo uns ein tag zuvor zuviel gekostet hat . Auf unsere aussage das dies zu teuer wäre hat sie drauf sarkastisch geantwortet das uns die taxi Fahrt mehr kosten würde . Wir haben schluss endlich nicht einmal umgerechnet 8€ für die taxi fahrt zum flughafen bezahlt . Es soll niemand abschrecken wie gesagt sonst war alles super . Hätte mich gefreut wenn unser abschluss auch so wäre .
