Antalya Baccus Pension

Excellent location! Friendliest staff who deeply cares about their guests' comfort and safety. Staff was helpful creating a personalized tour which allowed visiting other places perhaps not included in normal tours. Comfy bed, clean room, beautiful view from the terrace. Breakfast could use some improvement.

It was a pleasure staying at Bacchus Pension. One of the best features of this hotel is the staff. Ibrahim was very welcoming and accommodating. Hospitality is very important to him. The buffet breakfast consisted of traditional Turkish foods and was delicious. And an excellent view of the beach enhanced my breakfast experience. I slept well in my bed and my room was comfy overall. I would stay here again.

Located in a quiet area and close to everything. Room was big and clean. View from the terrace is beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast. It is not a buffet as listed. They serve you a plate with some cheese and sujuk with very small portions. The water in the coffee machine is not hot and has an aftertaste.

The location is excellent – right in Kaleiçi old town, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with a lovely rooftop terrace. However, my “Deluxe Double” at £72.60 per night was very small and on the ground floor, so I couldn’t open the curtains for privacy. I found two dirty towels in the wardrobe, and while two bottles of water were provided the first night, they were not replaced during the stay. Breakfast was not included, and I later saw the same room advertised for as low as £43 on other sites. Staff were friendly, but overall, I felt the stay was overpriced for what was offered.

Clean, very professional and kind reception. Good breakfast. Trimble internet, the pool size is almost equal to a bathtub, forget about swimming. Here is my general opinion after staying 4 nights at old town. It was mistake at the first place to choose this area. Most of the tour activities and fun are around kemer area. Staying here means 2 hours driving to get to any place you can have a decent activity and fun. Plus this area doesn’t have any access to the beach to swim or sunbath. They only place you can have access to beach is a paid entrance and I tried for two days they were out of capacity, if I want to stay in Antalya again definitely I will stay in the west beach area, much closer to all the activities, nice places and unlimited free access to all the beaches around.

This property is in the old city which is perfect for whom wants to visit the area. Very good breakfast, can arrange all the vist/guide you need, pool was a plus after the hot days to relax.

Location excellent.

Excellent location in the tourist area. Pricey restaurants but excellent historical ruins everywhere so wander about and take in everything. Great location in a very quiet area as it was when we were there.

Great hotel choice for central Antalya

Great four day stay. Really peaceful and relaxing location. Comfy and spacious room with modern en-suite. Lovely breakfast and amazing view from the roof-top breakfast terrace.

Excellent stay in a very quiet part of Kaleiçi. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly, especially İbrahim. Good choice at breakfast and lovely views from the rooftop terrace.

Ibrahim and the other staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was big and spacious, with tea and coffee making facilities and towels changed daily. The property is very close to the marina and the park, and there are multiple rooftop bars nearby to go and have a drink at sunset. The breakfast at Bacchus was a nice buffet of cold and warm foods, and the view from the dining area is exceptional

We stayed here for one week. This family-run hotel is in a very convenient location on the edge of the Old Town, less than 10 minutes from the tram and bus stops. The area is very quiet. Breakfast is on the roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. There are numerous restaurants within close walking distance offering excellent fish and meat dishes, as well as pastas and pizzas. Breakfast offers various dishes, cold and hot, freshly prepared. Ibrahim in reception speaks very good English and is friendly and helpful. They provide a car transfer from and to the airport and can arrange group and private day tours. We enjoyed a much-needed holiday here and would definitely stay here again.

Retirement travel

Quiet part of old town, can walk to all sites and to tram. Three night stay but they must have booked our room that we paid for and so had to go to a small dark room for one night before moving next morning to a bigger room. Breakfast very basic. Family who run the pension are lovely and work hard. Be mindful if you have a disability that breakfast will require you some steps to get to and same as rooms, no lifts. It’s a very central place. The wifi was not good and so if you need for work, will be very hit and miss.

Hallo! Unsere 2 Zimmer waren mit Balkon und das war sehr schön! Die Terrasse und Frühstück dort war wunderschön und sehr lecker 😋 Man konnte das mehr super sehen von dort aus❤️ Und die Terrasse konnte man auch tagsüber benutzen, was sehr praktisch war! Möchte noch sagen, dass man bei dem Hotel auch ein Auto mieten kann, was günstiger und praktischer ist, weil in der Altstadt es schon ein bisschen problematisch mit den Parkplätzen ist. Ibrahim hat uns aber damit geholfen. Das Hotel bietet auch Transfer vom Flughafen und dann wieder zurück ❤️ War sehr schöne Zeit dort! Kann nur empfehlen!

Bel endroit propre, seul problème, il y avait des fourmis dans notre chambre. Le personnel étaient très gentil et serviable. Le déjeuner était délicieux, préparé au fur et a mesure, pas un buffet donc toujours frais. Bel emplacement, beau quartier.

Bien pour un court séjour dans le centre ancien

Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel correspondant à un 2 étoiles, typique, avec du personnel aimable, ne parlant que le turc sauf le receptionniste que l'on peut parfois retrouver à dormir dans la réception à 10h du matin. Le pdj est sympa, typique. Pas de viennoiseries. Une magnifique vue sur la mer et les montagnes car situé en hauteur. Vous pouvez louer une voiture auprès de la réception ce qui vous permettra de rentrer dans le centre-ville ancien interdit normalement aux vehicules. Il faut savoir manœuvrer, ne serait-ce que pour sortir de la rue en marche arrière.

Hiljainen sijainti päättyvän kadun päässä sijaitseva mukava pieni hotelli, keskustaan, kauppoihin ja ravintoloihin kävelymatka. Henkilökunta iloisia ja mukavia. Hione siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Aamupala maukas ja meille riittävä, automaatti kahvin jätin pois kokonaan, koska tee oli niin hyvää. Meidän vaatimus tasoomme hotelli johon tulemme uudelleen.

5 jours au Bacchus hotel

Un accueil très sympathique de la part d'Ibrahim qui se tient toujours disponible pour aider à organiser des activités ou des transferts pendant le séjour, tout semble simple grâce à lui. Un petit déjeuner délicieux et là encore un accueil chaleureux et disponible de la part des personnes en charge du restaurant qui possède une vue terrasse exceptionnelle sur mer. La chambre était quant à elle spacieuse, le couchage confortable. L'hotel est idéalement situé dans une rue très calme qui permet d'éviter le bruit des soirées festives tout en restant au coeur de la magnifique vieille ville de Kaleiçy. Je recommande fortement !
