"The apartment was fine and as listed. It was surface clean, but had unclean spots and the towels smelt dusty. The couch bed was not made up as requested and we had to go hunting for sheets etc. The main issue was communication, or lack of, with the managing agent. Despite booking and paying on the Stayz/VRBO app and against the apps rules, the agent sent a payment demand wanting us to pay again using their site - why? "Appartement tel que les photos, très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Dommage que le proprio ne se déplace pas pour nous accueillir et nous aider avec les clés et la télé. La serrure est spéciale, il faut pousser sur la clé pour déverrouiller la porte et cela nous a pris quelques minutes pour y arriver.
