Excellent

It was amazing , friendly staff , clean room, and 5 minutes walk to the main town , the only downsides was the breakfast , there is no hot food and not much to choose from, however overall it was such a good stay .

Very central and close to Kizilay square. 3 minutes walking distance to metro station. So many dining options around. Breakfast at hotel was adequate. Room was small but enough for one person. Staff was extremely helpful. Overall my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Turk Inn 2017. The room is tiny, and the layout is a bit crap, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and functional. It’s a short walk to the train (metro and high speed line), and there are a lot of places to eat close by. The city centre is 15 minute walk. The elevator worked well, but the wifi was truly awful.

No toilet available!

The toilet in our room did not work, we checked in around 2200 and they did not have another room to move us too, so we had to use the toilet in reception. I would have expected a hotel with this number of rooms to have a call out procedure 24 hours a day for facilitiy failures that impact the guest experience, so it was disapointing that the staff on duty did not have any contingney arrangments that allowed them to call a plumber. Otherwise a good location, and a comfortable hotel.
