We had an amazing experience staying at Raymar hotel highly recommended. The room was very clean and staff were very helpful.

Customer service was decent overall. We booked a suite that included a sofa bed, but it wouldn’t open. When we asked for help, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it, and the second time we were told housekeeping was closed. The hotel really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. There was also loud construction outside around 10 a.m. for about two hours, plus constant noise from other rooms — we honestly only got about three hours of sleep each night. Breakfast was okay, and the rooms were fairly clean. I’d only recommend this hotel if you’re just passing through or on the go — I definitely wouldn’t stay here with family.

Raymar will stay again

Great location comfortable clean good wifi. A little lost without a tourist map to get directions to and from hotel. Staff great.

Its old. No decent cable channels. Staff is not very friendly. Charged me 20 dollars to have a guest that i brought to the hotel for few hours. No overnight stay i mind you

Otelin konumu ve merkeze yakınlığı çok iyidi, ulaşımı kolaydı ve ailecek konakladık . Araçla geldik ve otoparkta sorun yaşamadık. Vale hizmeti, oda temizliği ve kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. 2 tane problem yaşadık biricisi yatakları bence çok kötü içine göçüyor ikincisi ise sürekli odamıza sigara kokusu geldi ve rahatsız edici yedi.

Wir (Ehepaar) hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service: Als es spät in der Nacht etwas lauter wurde, durften wir unkompliziert das Zimmer tauschen – dafür ein großes Dankeschön! Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels war zudem sehr zentral, was für uns ideal war, um alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Otel 4 yıldızlı ama bence 2-3 yıldızlı oteller seviyesinde oda servisi yok ve otel personeli çok meraklı aynı otelde 2 arkadaş kalıyorum sabah aranıyorum kaç kişi olduğum sorgulanıyor bilgi paylaşıyorum ertesi gün yanımda arkadaşımı görüyorlar tekrar bir araştırma içerisindeler özel Hayata gösterilen saygı sıfır diğer katta olan arkadaşımın yanına indiğimde diğer odalarda yaşanan her konuşmayı duymak zorunda kaldım ses yalıtımı yok odanın giriş kapısı bozuk giriş kartını her seferinde yenilemeniz gerekiyor ayrıca son gecemde kapım komple bozuldu açılmıyor personel bir şekilde halletti ama otel eski ve bakımsız gibi geldi bana personelin eğitilmeye ihtiyacı var yer konum olarak çok başarılı bakım yapılıp daha düzgün yönetilirse değerli otellerden olur övgü ile bahsedebileceğim tek yer kahvaltıya indiğinizde çok kaliteli bir beyfendi garson ve mutfak çalışanları bence mutfak personeli otelin en başarılı çalışanları nazik kibar güler yüzlü sadece kendi işleri ile ilgileniyorlar kahvaltılık ürünleri taze ve güvenilir umarım diğer personellerinizde kendisini geliştirir sadece kendi işleri ile ilgilenir

Temiz değil dürüst değil

Çok temiz değildi. Yataklar ve koltuk kirliydi. Mini bar adı altında mini barda yani dolapta olmayan ikramlık küçük kuruyemişten bile normalin 9 katı ek ücret çıkardılar bunu belirttiğimizde hiç hoş olmayan tersleyici bir tavırla karşılaştık. Aşırı havasızdı camlar dogru duzgun açılmıyordu. Disaridaki sesten uyuyamadik ses yalıtımına dair hiç bir şey yok. Kahvalti erken gitmemize rağmen bayattı. Bir miktar daha fazla verilip cok daha iyi bir otele gidilebilir.

Otele akşam giriş yaptık hava soğuktu klima ısıtmadı bir türlü çok da gürültülüydü sese alışıp uyuduk sabah ise boşalan bir odanın temizliği yapılıyordu kapı açıktı temizlikçi kadın çalışan banyo havlusuyla klozeti siliyordu gözlerime inanamadım baya kapağını oturma yerini beyaz kullandığımız banyo havlusuyla sildi yani içim kalktı tabi kahvaltı bile yapamadık Bu hafta da Ankara’ya geleceğiz ama artık Hilton divan vb beş yıldızlıda kalacağız en azından otellerin bir standardı var bir daha asla bu gibi otelleri tercih etmem
