Don’t order the chef’s vegan plate

The room and the service staff were great. The food was not that great. I ordered the chef’s vegan plate for dinner. I waited a long time for it to be served, and was really disappointed when it arrived. It looked and tasted as if a packet of mixed frozen vegetables had been opened and cooked. There is so much more that could have been served - even roasted vegetables would have been better.

Kendinizi çok rahat hissedebileceğiniz bir otel. Otelde yiyip içme hizmeti de gayet uygun fiyatlarla sağlanıyor. Konum olarak çok iyi. Esenboğa’dan Kızılay’a Belkoair araçları 11 TL (sabit), Kızılay’dan otele taksi 15 TL yazar. Tunalı ve Bestekar caddeleri otele yürüme mesafesinde. Otel odalarının daha özenle temizlenmesi gerektiğini düşündüm. Ayrıca yatak, çarşaf, yorgan ve yastığın mis gibi kokması ve oldukça özen gösterilmiş olmasını bekliyordum ama bu konuda oteli azıcık zayıf gördüm. Onun haricinde her şey çok iyiydi.

Houston Otel Yorumum - Kesinlikle Öneririm

uzun yıllardır severek konakladığım sakin ve güzel bir oteldir. Talep ettiğiniz hizmet anında görevlilerce eksiksiz olarak yerine getirilmektedir. Odalarının standartları eşdeğer yıldızlı otellerin daha yüksektir, yani daha geniş olması size odanızda rahatlık ve konfor sağlamaktadır. Özellikle en beğendim özellik banyosundaki geniş yüzeyli yağmurlama sistemi ile çok rahat duş alınabilmesidir. Sadece ufak bir kusuru vardır, buda odalardaki klimayı kontrol eden elektronik oda termostatının düzgün çalışmamasıdır, zaman zaman kapatıp açmayı gerektirmektedir. Tunalı Hilmi Caddesine ve şehir merkezine yakınlığı ile özel otoparkının olması ise ekstra avantaj sağlamaktadır. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da harikadır. Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim düzgün ve temiz bir tesistir.

Kahvaltı harika. Salona biraz dekorasyon değişikliği ile harika bir ortam yaratabilirsiniz. Örneğin masaları çapraz olarak yerleştirebilirsiniz. Biraz iri saksı ve yapraklı bitki ile bahçe havası verebilirsiniz. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Çalışmayan TV ve Otel Müdürünün Kötü Yaklaşımı

Otele geldiğimde resepsiyonda ki görevliler beni kibar karşıladı. Giriş işlemlerim yapıldıktan sonra, otelin TV uydu sisteminde bir arıza olduğunu söyledi fakat arkadaşlar tamir için çalışıyor dedi. Bende ufak bir problemdir çözülür niyetiyle odama girdim. Aradan 1 saatten fazla zaman geçti ve resepsiyonu aradığımda bana şu an için tamir ekibinin çalışmadığını durumun böyle devam edeceğini söylediler. Bende odada hiç bir şeyi kullanmadığımı bütün gece odada sıkıntıdan patlayacağımı gerekçe göstererek rez. iptali istedim. Otel müdürü bunun mümkün olamayacağını söyledi, para iadesi yapmadı ve durumla ilgili hiç yardımcı olmadı. Hotels.com yetkilileri de duruma bir çözüm bulamadı ve beni istemediğim bir yerde konaklamaya mecbur ettiler. Otel müdürüne sizin müşteri memnuniyeti anlayışınız bu mu diye sorduğumda saçmalıklarla dolu bahanelerden bahsettiler. Bir daha asla kapısından dahi içeri girmem.

Check in was a bit difficult as the receptionist requested extra fee for the second person although we booked the room for the night. I double checked with Expedia that there was no price difference if I had set the guest count to 1 or 2.
