The room is quite big and clean, the process for check-in was fast, no need to wait for too long. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good near to ANKAMALL, walking by only 5 minutes.

This is a very well located hotel, there is a big shopping mall next to it, affordable, convenient, value for money, breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. There are some areas in the hotel, including rooms that seems outdated, modernisin them will make this hotel a truly 5 stars hotel.

Nice location and easy parking. However: 1. Carpet in the hallway of our floor had a very bad mouldy smell (and there a small heating device on the floor during summer that was on). 2. In-room cooling system was keep on reverting to 24 degrees and room was feeling very warm and humid. I have overwritten that to 22 degrees but then it was reverting back to 24 again. I’ve called the reception and they said they will fix that from the central system but half an hour later again the same thing happened.

Great service and food. Bad rooms.

The hotel is very old, and it is very visible when entering the rooms. The showerhead was full of mold, the tiles were cracked all over the bathroom. The faucet was not correctly installed, so it was loose. The windows were not sound proof, so you can hear anything happening outside. Dogs were barking all night long. The AC was not able to cool the rooms because it was winter time. It was constantly 25c in the room. The tip we got was “open the windows”, which did not help. (Something we noticed was all shops, the mall etc. had awfully warm climate. Maybe something normal here.) For a 5 star hotel - they really need to renovate their rooms! To the good points; the restaurant was perfect. Food was great and tasty. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The lobby area along with the bar/restaurant is nice and a great place to hang out at. The mall next door is good and we spent most of our days here. But because of the state of the rooms, we have to give the hotel barely 3/5.
