"We stopped for one night on an evening when the restaurant was closed. We were made very welcome (there are 4 rooms only and we were the only guests). The hostess cooked us a lovely three course dinner ( though menu was limited) and in the morning we has a lovely continental breakfast. Simple fair but plentiful. Off the besten track and typical local French"

"Helt fantastisk værtspar, der bød på kaffe og snak i køkkenet ved ankomst. Ved aftentid kom værten og spurgte om jeg ville se månenog det viste sig at hendes mand var astro fotograf, sikken en oplevelse, fik endda set jupiter med 3 af månerne. En oplevelse uden lige, som bare var en ekstra bonus. Værelset var en hel lejlighed restaureret perfekt i gammel stil. Morgenmaden overdådig og igen med hyggeligt selskab af værten og en god snak inden jeg kørte videre. Jeg vil helt sikkert komme igen hvis...

Every morning, after breakfast, she would help us plan our day’s excursions, and just chat with us about families and life. Her primary language is French, so English-only may be difficult, but I’m sure necessary communication is possible.
