Family Roadtrip

This hotel was in a convenient location. The room was very clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was also exceptionally good for a hotel breakfast. I would totally recommend this hotel!

This is an ok place with a pretty good breakfast.

The shower was dirty it needs a deep cleaning. Also we had a room with only 1 shower door. The lady said it was made like that. The floor would get wet and it was a mess. The breakfast was decent a lot of choices. I would rate this hotel maybe a 3.5 out of 5

Horrible maid service, hot water was bad, cable was out, phones didn’t work…. Etc…. Breakfast was good and front desk was nice and accommodating. Would not recommend!!!!

Absolutely outstanding!

We were traveling on vacation in New Mexico and decided to stop by at this hotel on the way. Our stay on Christmas Day was simply amazing! In particular the person at the reception went beyond in hospitality and friendliness. I forgot her name but she should be personally acknowledged. The breakfast was also nice. Overall, our expectations were greatly exceeded and we want to thank again the amazing staff this hotel is lucky to have. We will stay again

Just stayed 4 nights and had a really positive experience. The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, the price was great, and there are two 24 hour gas stations with a moderate variety next door; I will definitely be back when in Andrews. The only minor setback was that the laundry room was coin operated. Otherwise, this hotel and its guests are taken good care of and it shows.

The staff is what makes this place. Building is very ran down. Front entrance was so unattractive, flooring damage with water damage smell. The towels were dangy not crispy white. And my security latch on my door was broken.pool very dirty and Exercise room equipment was broken.
