"very nice clean property very close to St. John's pier."

"Great walkable location. Hotel is older but well maintained. Deck facing the bay and Bridge of Lions had chairs and was awesome. Staff both evening and morning were excellent. Breakfast had choices of fresh made quiche to order plus other nice items . Social hour was very pleasant with host joining the conversation"

"The pull out mattress had brown stains all over it. The first night I called and asked for a mattress topper. After 2hrs of waiting I finally gave up and went to bed. The second night was the same. We waited so long we just went to bed. The third night they brought 4 comforter's instead. I spent a decent amount of money to surprise my son and wife with a great trip. I'm embarrassed the service was so terrible towards us. "

"Breakfast appeared fresh, although, I only grab coffee. Had some difficulty with door which first manager, although pleasant, didn't have addressed. Second morning, I fortunately ran into maintenance worker who immediately returned and fixed. "

"The hotel is beautiful! Love the decor in the lobby/bar area! The staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our questions! Our room was two queen comfortable beds! The bathroom was a good size with nice toiletries! The hotel is very close to St. Augustine historic district! Close location to everything we did!"

"Property and staff were excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory. Location excellent for beach activities. Just steps from beach. Good restaurants nearby and a short drive to historic St. Augustine Only request is more grassy area for pets"
