"This was probably the worst stay ever. And is both party fault expidia and sonesta. Both don’t really go over the pet policy in detail only once you arrive. Online it wasn’t very clear that the pool was going under renovations and because of the renovations it’s loud in the morning so sleeping in will be hard due to the noise. In the middle of the night we we’re woken up by people talking loud and slamming door followed by a child’s crying and yelling its head off. The parents did nothing about it and the kid would start and stop over and over. Honestly, the grown-up woke us up by talking really loud and we stayed up because of the crying. We called the front desk to ask if they can tell them to stop. Once they were asked to stop they still continued the kid still cried until an hour later we asked if they could be moved and they said no so we had to move in order to get a good nice rest for tomorrow at the theme parks. Once we were moved, we asked for a nice quiet place away from anything and was placed in front of the construction of the new pool getting woken up early in the morning while having a little to none sleep. I’m a blue-collar man who works +10 hours a day. I saved up a whole year to take this trip and just for it to get ruined like this. they just treating me like a robotic customer and not caring about the bad stay. But hey as long as they make their money. "

"Old building and a little dingy, had a grandma’s house smell to it. Back door was always locked even though it’s supposed to be keycard accessed. Staff was decent, some of them had bad attitudes for no reason. Parking spaces are tight. AC worked great! Shower was nice and hot! Bath tub made some creaking noises and the toiled lever broke. Not the worst option but wouldn’t do it again. "
