Everything was lovely, staff super helpful my only complaint will be the air conditioning needs to be checked and made cooler if guests want, as it didnt work perfectly well but wasnt too hot Also the fancy japanese toilet isnt the easiest for guests who are not use to it Rest was lovely location, staff, and cleanliness

Whatever I say about this property wouldn't suffice. I looked hard for a negative and couldn't find one thing lacking. We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! Comfortable, convenient, fantastic staff, drop dead gorgeous property, excellent amenities. Yes, it's heavy on the tab, but you feel like it worth every $ you spend. We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was a nice way to treat ourselves before the long flight home. A special mention to the comfiest beds which just envelopes you leaving you refreshed for the next day. My family thoroughly enjoyed the amenities which includes a steam room and a sauna. Didn't have time to use their spa treatments, but we will repeat if we are ever in this part of the town.
