Excellent location.

Excellent location in centre of Amsterdam. Hotel was quiet despite having room on main street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free teas & coffees available in foyer. Room was very spacious.

The location was great, near central Amsterdam. The staff were very attentive when we had any concerns. Rooms were very clean except that one time that the cleaner forgot to clean our room but the hotel offered a complementary breakfast which i found a professional move. They only have twin beds and i found them a bit uncomfortable. The beds could improve. But overal i would stay in this hotel again.

Excellent staff and location. I heard a guest complain that the staircase was too narrow and steep, but the hotel has an elevator for bags and those who don't like the exercise. I view the staircase as authentic euro living (all the older building have steep stairs) and thought they were a plus.

Great hotel in a great area of Amsterdam! Would highly recommend it! Room was very comfortable and roomy for a European hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. Location was great…can walk to many places including Dam Square and Anne Frank museum and there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel that we took to many places including the Van Gogh museum. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location, good option for family

Great location, very close to the tram station and Dam square. Very good option for family. Please not that there is no air conditioning in the hotel, so it can be very hot even though there was a small table fan provided.

The hotel seems to be new. Bedrooms and facilities are in excellent conditions. The breakfast and the restaurant were very good. Accessibility is a challenge though. The elevator is too small (3 people) and the stairs are very steep. Very challenging for seniors to use the stairs in case of emergency.
