The room was beautiful, overlooking the canal and the Light festival installation. It was clean and a good size. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Small boutique hotel located in a great area to explore the neighborhood. Staff provided exceptional customer service. They offer a 1:1 guided tour. I booked the two hour walkable tour which was very interesting and the guide was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

We loved staying at the Ambassade Hotel. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. The location was ideal, quiet, and centrally located for visiting the local sites. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and amenities and great air conditioning for a few hot days when we visited. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Amsterdam.

The place was nice, cute and comfortable. We did ask for a later check out and they wanted to charge 75 euros - this was a little ridiculous to be honest. They weren’t even full- I made sure I asked prior to asking if we could stay later.
