The hotel was very good overall, and the thing that stood out the most was the cleanliness. The rooms were very clean and well organized, and the bathroom was spotless and clearly well maintained. The place also smelled fresh, which shows the effort of the cleaning staff. Honestly, in terms of cleanliness, I would give this hotel a high rating, and it made my stay comfortable and reassuring.

Had a lovely 2 day stay at The Sheraton, lovely clean hotel, great breakfast, comfy bed and a fantastic spa and inside pool. There is an outdoor pool but we didn’t use it. Highly recommend it! Despite the above, the jewel in the crown is the staff, from reception, room cleaning, spa and restaurants they are great but a special mention to the young barman in the Sports Bar - he was great!

Awesome hotel and staff!

This hotel is really wonderful and the people working there truly care about their guests. I havent seen this level of care in a long while and the hotel itself is just beautifully accented and designed. Also the restaurants and bars are great! The food at the Italian restaurant is soooo gooood! Highly recommended this hotel!

The hotel lacks some renovations, however this is well compesated by a wonderful, helpful and pleasant staff, great amenities and the cleanliness of this place. During my stay they were doing some renovation to the corridors, if this extends to the rooms deco then this will add more value to this hotel.
