Spacious, comofrtable room. Cool in the heatwave. Good sleep. Plenty of options for meals nearby. Parking is in public pay-car-park, but cheap rate overnight after 7pm

Amazing location

Lovely stay. Ideally located, plenty of shops, bars, restaurants within a stones throw. Lake Windermere is about a 10 minute stroll to the waters edge and more bars/activities. Beautifully decorated room. Stayed in room 21. Big room with sofa bed which would be good for a family. Would definitely return.

Amazing, spacious hotel room. Well decorated, good amenities and very clean. Excellent value. Good location too, in walking distance of everything in Ambleside and the bus stop to the rest of the Lakes is just around the corner. One minor issue, the hotel was advertised was 'pay at the property' on hotels.com but the hotel attempted to take payment a week before arrival - after speaking to the hotel they clarified this was the hotel's policy and it was resolved. Overall, a very good hotel and experience but this element could be clearer.

Tight Fit, but very nice Finishes throughout

Very well mainted hotel room with upgraded finishes throughout. It was a small room with only the countertop near the foot of the bed to put our bags. We moved the coffeepot and in room ameneties off the countertop so we could fit each of our suitcases. It was a tight fit. But the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet

Fell Rooms experience

We enjoyed our time in Ambleside and the accommodation was ideal for our 2 night stay. This would also be suitable for longer stays and we may well use it again in the future.

I came for hiking, so didn't need any hotel facilties apart from room. Feel Rooms doesn't have any hotel facilties such as loby, bar, breakfast, or parking. Only room. The room was excellent,
