El hotel muy bonito y limpio, de igual manera las habitaciones. Me gusto mucho los atentos que fueron a mi llegada, con la ayuda para parquear el auto y cuando lo dejaba con el valet y de igual manera cuando lo recibía.

This was a good hotel. It was clean, and the service was good. We were only disappointed at the Front Desk person who took care of us when we arrived, this lady was not very nice. But everyone else was polite and helpful.

The breakfast was the best oatt of the stay. Great service there, but they added several charges at check-in and woild not listen tp reason when we showed them how it was booked.

App de hotels.com desaparece reserva

Hice 1 reserva em hotels.com y desapareció.. volvi a hacerla y todo biem. En la app solo aparece 1 reserva. En el hotel le aparecen las dos y me deciam q anule o me cobrarian no se que cosa hotels.com em mi tc. Quiero dejar en claro que su app esta funcionando mal. No es la primera vez q me desaparece la reserva.
