Well located, near Palo Duro Canyon

It is Oyo and was accotding its pattern therefore is old hotem but the skill of employes are ok. The room, bath and heat system were suitable.

Overall it was OK. I didn't like that the front desk clerk tried to enter our room at around 7pm without knocking first.

Nice room; clogged sink

The room was clean and comfortable, but the sink was badly clogged. This was a bit disappointing because I was hoping to use it to shave, but for the price I paid I think it can be excused.

Does well for one night stay maybe 2 Tops Great place to rest your head. The refrigerator did not work at all. And neither did the ice machine or a few other amenities the pool was closed for use. But I just rest for one night here and that was perfectly perfect for me and mine.

Ibooked though expidia i didnt get in town and to the motel untill a little after 11pm they had a sign on the door saying no checkins after 11pm and wouldnt give me a refund so my son and i had had to sleep in my truck and im out $50. This place is trash!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The front desk lady was very RUDE!!! Drove 9 hours to have her close the door an say Im closed go book elsewhere and theyll refund you!!! But after seeifn it she probably helped because its a very nasty looking hotel parking lot was dark and obviously rude staff. The baymount Hotel next door was happy to see me an very kind

Travelocity should not list this property. Room keys didn’t work on first two rooms we tried. Third room the key worked but there was someone sleeping in the bed. Forth room the faucet was broken and no smoke alarm. Terrible!

HORRIBLE

The room I was on the sheets weren’t changed as I found someone’s toenail clipping. The outlets were taped to the wall and the bathroom was disgusting. The smell of the room was terrible I will NEVER get a room from there again.
