The floors were a little dirty. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Being next to the street traffic was kinda loud and the train. I like the new remodel, the room was very nice. Thank you for the hospitality.

Everything was good about this hotel. No bugs, clean, the bed and pillows were both comfortable. The outside is dated, but the rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. This was one of three hotels on a 1,800 mile trip. When I hadn't arrived by 8 they called to ask if I was still coming.

The room is brand new! The staff is friendly and courteous. There's restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. There's a kitchenette. Laundry facilities on site. The price is great for what you are getting.

Let's face it, Alvin Texas is a bit off the grid. But, this Motel 6 is clean, priced right and conveniently located. The room is remodeled, the refrigerator is big enough for a weeks worth of groceries for one or two people. The room has a small stove and microwave in the kitchenette. I stayed for close to a month while visiting the area. Enjoy!

Stayed here for work pulled a 12 foot trailer. There was parking for the trailer. The bedroom was big enough. The fridge worked the little 2 pot stove top worked fine.

Really nice rooms. The cooktop takes a minute to figure out but works really well. Able to cook and clean dishes in the same area. Nice refrigerator. Big king size bed all to myself. The room is great. $500 for 7 days. Downside is it's still being renovated. Lots of construction. Not much close to the motel. Some gas stations. Booked online no problems. Front desk did their jobs and were nice. Easy check in, easy check out. I would recommend. 8/10

I liked the room's set up, spacious, clean, and simple. They did have an issue with not having hot water but eventually corrected this issue. Also, the router's light is too bright at night making it difficult to sleep. I had to hang by cell phone holster on it to block out much of the light.

Rooms are clean, no roaches and housekeeping is really good about asking if you need toiletries Or towels every day. Can get a little loud at night but hey, by 10pm it’s quiet and the grounds are kept up nicely. We were going to stay here a few weeks ago but the girl working that night gave me a hard time about my dogs. I have 2 service dogs and she INSISTED I provide paperwork showing they’re registered, and that they couldn’t be “emotional support animals” even tho LEGALLY I don’t have to show their papers. AND you’re not allowed to ask anything other than “Is this a service dog?” And “What task(s) does the dog perform?” You CAN NOT ASK about my disability, discriminate or charge extra fees regardless of the breed, or require proof of training. Anyway after searching thru the THOUSANDS of photos on my phone I found the certificate for one of them but since I couldn’t find the other one she wanted to charge me $60 deposit and $10 a day for my other dog. We had exactly enough to pay for a week, So we went to another hotel. Well 3 weeks ago we came back and although I found the certificates for both my service dogs the guy working the desk didn’t even ask for them. He didn’t charge me or make it a point to inform me that emotional support animals weren’t legit service animals. Other than that this is a great place to stay!
