"I had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host Jaicy and his family were extremely friendly and accommodating. "We just had a really great stay at the Fortune on Airport Road in Kochi! Honestly, the place feels brand new – everything is modern, super clean, and just looks nice. It even smells good as soon as you walk in, which is a great first impression. Our room was spotless. We really liked that they had all the little things we needed already in the room (like toiletries, tea/coffee), so we didn't have to call and ask. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful. We tried the food and liked it. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options, and we had lunch there one day that was tasty too. One small thing to know: the hotel is on a main road, so the traffic outside can get busy. But honestly, that's just how Kochi is in general. It didn't really bother us or ruin our stay at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! Good stuff: Feels new & clean, great room amenities, good food, friendly staff. Heads up: On a busy road (but that's normal for the area)."
