Overall, it was a good, quiet apartment. I was disappointed the river was not closer, as the losting mentioned it as river front. Also it may be time to put in some new bath towels--they are very thin and abrasive.

Die Wohnung war sauber und großzügig, das wars auch schon.... 2 Schlafzimmer sind angegeben , eins ist nur vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Einzelbett, die Fenster sind nicht abgedunkelt, keine Abdeckung an den Fenstern. Die Kirche bimmelt um 07:00 mindestens 4 min lang, die Fenster geben den Schall 1:1 wieder keine Dämmung. Überall Kameras, wir fühlten uns beobachtet und dann die Hausornung, für alles gibt es Strafen bis 150 Euro... geht garnicht...

Sauber, Hell und Gemütlich

Ich war sehr zufrieden, wurde sehr gut empfangen. Ich habe einige Stunden vor meiner Ankunft meine Zugangdaten erhalten und kkonnte auch ohne Probleme mir einchecken. Es ist sehr schön Hell und sauber Eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nicht in der Wohnung sogar an Zahbürsten wurde gedacht. Vielen Dank wenn ich erneut in der Nähe sein sollte werde ich es auch gerne erneut Buchen.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Schon im Vorfeld hagelte es Verbote (Es ist strikt verboten, auf dem Balkon zu rauchen. Es ist untersagt, die Wohnung mit Schuhen zu betreten usw.). So kann man Gäste nicht empfangen. In der Wohnung geht es weiter (nicht das Heizungsventil drehen, nicht die Füße auf das Geländer legen). Wenn jemand null Vertrauen in Gäste hat, sollte nicht vermietet werden. Die Wohnung an sich ist auf den ersten Blick schön. Große und helle Zimmer. Man sollte aber nicht genau hinsehen. Die Schränke sind innen völlig verstaubt. Die Fenster sind ewig nicht geputzt worden und teilweise defekt. Den Wasserkocher mussten wir erst einmal ordentlich entkalken. In der Wohnung ist offensichtlich länger nicht gewischt worden. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ungenügend (zu wenig Besteck, keine Pfanne). Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist fehlerhaft (Wo soll der Fitness-Raum sein? Warum kein Hinweis auf die Kirche gegenüber und die laute Straße). Auch gab es keine Informationen über den Ferienort und das Feriengebiet. Der Vermieter kann die Mängel ohne große Umstände abstellen. Dann wäre ihm und seinen Gästen geholfen.

Hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen

Eestmal bedanke ich mich das ich in der sehr schönen hellen Wohnung unterkommen durfte. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber, alles war wie beschrieben , es gab sogar mehr wie beschrieben wie z.B. Shampoo, Handtücher, Zahnpasta, Seife , Zahnbürste Tee , Kaffee uvm. Für den Check-in habe ich am selben Tag einen Code bekommen und damit war ich auch nach Eingabe an der Tür Ruck-zuck in der Wohnung und Danke für die kleine Überraschung was vor der Tür gelegen hat eine sehr nette Geste. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und wenn Ich erneut in der Gegend bik werde ich auch die Wohnung Mieten. Ich wünsche euch im kommenden Jahr viel Erfolg

Sehr zentral gelegen, Restaurants und Café fußläufig in der Nähe. Kirchturm gegenüber hatte leider noch nicht die Zeit umgestellt, so dass schon um 5 Uhr statt um 6 Uhr die Glocken geläutet haben.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, top Vermieter einfach Traumhaft!!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, alles vorhanden von Toiletten Papier über Duschgel, Shampoo, Dusch- und Handtücher und sogar eine Massage Dusche sie ist einfach ein Traum. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Und Dankeschön auch für eure selbstgemachte mega leckere Erdbeermarmelade. Das Bett war soo gemütlich ich habe geschlafen wie aug Wolken. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch tip-top und die Wohnung war blitz blank sauber. Ich kann wirklich absolut gar nichts beanstanden, ganz im Gegenteil. Ich kann diese Wohnung und die Vermieterin absolut zu 1000% weiterempfehlen. Serhat und seine Familie sind super lieb und haben all meine Fragen sofort beantwortet. Ich werde wieder kommen nochmals vielen vielen dank für die Zeit bei euch. Das

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielleicht sollte man in der Objekt Beschreibung die Kirchturm Glocke erwähnen die von 5:00 Uhr - 23:00 Uhr alle 15 Minuten klingelt. Man hat einen Bäcker und ein gutes Restaurant gleich in der Nähe. Man bekommt alle relevanten Daten rechtzeitig von Vermieter.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Fragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortete. Die große und saubere Wohnung mit schönem Balkon (Rheinblick) ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Den Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt nur über die Nuki-App. Auf dem Doppelbett kann man sehr gut schlafen. Der 3.und 4. Schlafplatz befindet sich auf Klappbetten, die nicht so stabil sind. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat keine Fenster.
