"The Villa rooms that are closest to the pool is in terrible shape. The room had a sour/mildew smell. The food on the property was not very tasty. The rooms in tower was a little better. The problems that i had in my room. Was the toliet kept running after flushing it and the water had a smelt to it too. The pictures on the websites is nothing like the actual rooms. The rooms are old and in need of renovation badly. "

"Giving it to you straight. This is a nice property with lots to do. But there are hidden fees. A deposit per night upfront plus a fee per night for parking on top of room fees and taxes. Bonfire area require you to purchase firewood. Kayaks, motor boats, fishing all cost extra. The pools, hot tubs, rooms, grills, and views are all BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MAINTAINED. The checkin staff are not forthcoming or helpful to much info when arriving. There are several restaurants, coffee shops and bars on site. There’s a Publix, CVS and gas station a block away, drivable. Not close enough to walk. Very kid friendly place. There is no mini golf. "
