"Oui, notre séjour fut agréable ; l'ambiance est familiale et sereine ; le contact est facile malgré les difficultés des échanges linguistiques. Le seul petit problème pour nous qui sommes septuagénaires reste l'accès à la chambre ! Nous trouvons les marches d'escalier de plus en plus hautes à franchir... Surtout avec nos bagages. Dans notre chambre, tout est bien propre mais bien exigu ! Pour Madame, cela convient mais pour Monsieur, une impression de loger dans une maison de poupée !"

"this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. This is a rustic house so don't expect perfection and enjoy the experience. The host cooked a delicious 3 course dinner for us with wine costing 20 euros each and there was a fully stocked bar charged at very reasonable rates. "Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! Special thanks to Christian for his attention to detail and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you and the whole piolets team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again soon. "
