Receptionist was super helpful when we arrived early. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The panorama from the restaurant is amazing. The breakfast buffet is small, but tasty.

The room was great and very comfortable. The reception also spoke great English and helped me when I arrived earlier than the regular check in time. Breakfast wasn’t that great as the main buffet came out later than expected, but the views from the rooftop cafe were unparalleled. Overall a great place to stay in Almaty and I’d definitely be back.

Check in was a bit complicated. Although we used their airport transfer (so they knew exactly when we would arrive) the room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait until after 15:00. The people at the reception were friendly though and helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean with a big bathroom. The hotel also has a bar at the 18th floor with a beautiful view on the snow mountains. The people in the bar were very friendly especially the man who was there when we arrived (didn’t see his name) and Natali. She is really a sunshine, very kind and friendly and always with a welcoming beautiful smile.

The outlook of the building does not really indicate is as a hotel. Lifts can be a little slow. However, the rooms are clean. The restaurant on the roof top offers a great view of Almaty city with the mountains around the city.

No respect or favor to VIP member. They gave me a room without aircondion and asked me to use a fan. They said that hotel is fully booked, and no room to cgange. I fought almost two hours to change the room. Temperature over here was more than 90. Very unkind staff.
