My overall experience at the property was great. The staff was helpful and courteous. The stay is high value with private room with attached bathroom at 11k tenge per night. There is a shared kitchen with utensils and amenities like stove, microwave, fridge. The room was basic and heated; great deal at this price. I found the room to be clean and spacious. There is 24 hr reception and I could easily checkin in the middle of the night. Wifi is also available. There is a mart nearby for basic stuff. They don't have hair dryer in room so you can borrow it from reception.

Unexpectedly nice

It was a cheap and surprisingly good room - for this price I expected scam or hostel. The room looks exactly as on the pic, quite spacious. Bathroom is okay. Shampoo, soap, dental kit, slippers were provided during check-in. Cards payment accepted. No elevator, so 3rd floor is quite a challenge with a 25 kg suitcase. I slept very well on this large bed, it was quite a surprise too. Overall, very unexpected and cheap stay. No caffe around, so either get food delivery or walk for some time to shopping mall.

Your staying will much depend on the next door neighbors. If you get a team of sport teenagers, your nights will be a nightmare and you will have to look for their coach to make them quiet.

Polite staff who were happy to help at any time, and overall a neat and nice place to stay. Wifi connection did go out at times, but was otherwise stable and even excellent for the price of the stay. I highly recommend staying here :) There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 2km of the hotel, so there's always somewhere to go.

Great value budget hotel

For 7000 kzt (about $17) this is a real bargain. Service is fine and the room was reasonably clean (didn’t see any bugs). It’s not right downtown but not too far either (45 min walk or 10 min taxi ride to the historic center). The curtains weren’t that thick so a lot of light comes in the room in the morning- not great if you want to sleep in.

Extremely hard to beat price for $15 per night.

I was a solo taveler. I paid $15 USD per night for two nights for a clean room that has a private bathroom and would sleep 5 people. Breakfast was $2 USD. I went on to stay at a very nice hotel after this, but the value here would be hard to beat, especially because one of the nights was just so I could sleep due to arriving from the airport at 2am.

Скромно, чисто и аккуратно

Скромная гостиница, скромная и цена - 7.000 тг/сутки. Однако номер порадовал относительной просторностью - думаю, около 40-45 кв.м. И главное - чистое и свежее постельное белье, в номере чистота. Санузел тоже чистый и удобный. На ресепшене меня встретил вежливый молодой человек, помог с челоданом. А также подсказал как сориентироваться в городе. Из минусов могу отметить лишь плохую звукопоглощаемость - постоянно слышала соседей. Но меня это не сильно беспокоило. Благодарю коллектив гостиницы за приятное пребывание. Рахмет!

Lots of cockroaches

The room was large & the beds were not as hard as in China. We could not get a good night's sleep due to all the cockroaches. They were crawling on us in the bed & walls. The front desk people do not speak any English. Location was too bad for walking around.

家族で経営サレテルノデしょうか、言葉は分からずとも親切な対応が気持ちよかったです。 部屋は、ヒロクテいいのですが、壁と天井が薄いのか、足音が気になって仕方ありませんねした。でも、お値段がお安いので。 あと、部屋には電気ポットはありませんでした。
