La verdad es que poco hay que decirlo, todo muy correcto y acorde con lo que reservamos. Lo único, es que Expedia pone en la descripción que la casa es entera para ti cuando es compartida con más huéspedes. Que para mi no ha sido un problema, pero puede generar equivocación por parte de otros huéspedes. El propietario nos ha comentado que eso era cosa de Expedia, que ya lo habían intentado corregir, pero seguia la publicación errónea. Por lo demás, satisfactoria estancia.

Olá Nuno, Uma vez que até à data não houve uma resposta satisfatória e não houve reembolso das despesas de alojamento não efectuadas, vou agora apresentar uma revisão correspondente. Esperei até agora na esperança de que pudéssemos resolver todo o assunto no interesse de um serviço amigável ao cliente. Uma vez que as condições de cancelamento no sítio Web eram claras, vou também procurar aconselhamento jurídico sobre a forma como o montante pode agora ser reclamado. Penso que é uma pena que tudo tenha tomado este rumo, mas se não nos comportarmos de forma orientada para o cliente e não comunicarmos adequadamente, não é possível evitar medidas desagradáveis. Les hôtes ont été très arrangeant pour une modification de date mais nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservée. Nous avons eu une chambre dans la maison de l’hôte avec une très forte odeur d’humidité. La communication reste à désirer, très peu d’informations partagées, clefs de la cuisine pas transmise … mais malgré tout très réactif lors d’appels téléphoniques pour résoudre les problèmes.

La maison est propre mais odeurs d'humidité. Vu personne à l'arrivée. Et ça aurait été bien de préciser que la maison était louée à plusieurs personnes....

La chambre était propre mais très petite. A notre grande surprise, nous avons appris à notre arrivée que nous partagions un logement avec d'autres voyageurs. Peut-être avions nous mal interprété ? Si vous aimez ce type d'arrangement, l'offre est tout à fait correcte pour le prix, malgré une douche de type eau chaude eau froide en alternance!

Malheureusement, nous avions réservé une maison dont nous devions être les seuls occupants Nous avons dû partager la salle de bain et les toilettes avec 2 autres occupants Sur 4 nuits, la voiture a dû rester sur la rue, les places de parking étant complètes Chambre minuscule Chauffage insuffisant en hiver

Spotless, well equipped, hosts were very friendly and helpful. Couple of tweaks needed, side tables or wall mounted shelves either side of the bed, and a comfortable couch to sit on. More seating outside. Otherwise, wonderful property.

The owner was available for anything I needed. Indeed, I had been to hospital and he replied. The room conditions are great with a nice bathroom. Very welcoming place for a visit of Lisbon. You can take the ferry from the port that goes to center of Lisbon.

Guest house Lisbonne

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet Guest House que je trouve génial, propre possibilité de garer la voiture juste en face. Super bien placé. Son personnel au top très accueillant et chaleureux. Accès à Lisbonne centre en bateaux à 10min. Je recommande vraiment

Prix abordable, une propriétaire extraordinairement serviable et gentille. Emplacement non loin des transport public qui vous amène au centre de Lisbonne dans un temps raisonnable (nous avons mis 30-40 mins)

Pourrait mieux faire.

Assez loin su ferry pour rejoindre Lisbonne. La sdb commune avec wc à l'intérieur n'est vraiment pas pratique à utiliser avec les autres locataires (3 chambres). Séjour minuscule : une table et 4 chaises. Pas de canapé. Une personne travaillait à table avec son pc; il ne restait pas beaucoup de place pour y petit déjeuner.. Notre chambre était vraiment petite : pas assez de place pour laisser la valise ouverte et y circuler, store défaillant. Les chiens du quartier aboient toute la nuit. Jardin pas entretenu mais on a pu y garer notre voiture (1 seule place). Sinon la dame qui nous a remis les clés est très aimable et serviable. Elle a fait le tour de la ville en voiture avec nous pour nous montrer les commodités et ferry.
