Easy to work with, flexible, and great at communication before and during our stay. The layout was perfect for our family. One room for my husband and I with a large bed, a small room for my one son, and comfortable pull out sofa for the other. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Alicante. "

"There was no hot water for the shower. I immediately messaged the host and she brought in a tech the next day to look at it. The tech did not even check the shower temperature. He turned on the sink felt the water and said there is hot water I don’t know what you are talking about. I tried to explain but he would not listen to me, so he left. I messaged the host that he didn’t do anything and she did not respond. The next day, the water was cold again, so I messaged her and again she did not...
