"Benal Beach Resort was a great stay for our family of 5. The on-site waterpark was a highlight of the trip for our children (ages 7-10). The pull-out couch was comfortable and clean. Extra linens and towels were provided. Check-in and out was flexible with communication. Laundry was a bonus. "The reception is chaotic because it is at the TOC Hostel ŵhich is opposite the apartment. Lots of coming and going. Two different types of clientele with different needs. However, the hosts were courteous and gave water while I waited. Just be patient. It's worth it. Tony, the host was absolutely fantastic and helpful. "
