"We were on the Hurtigruten Coastal Exress heading south when we learned that our ticket departing Bergen the next day had been cancelled. We scrambled to find alternate arrangements which led us to stay at the Noreg…we booked about 3 hours before arrival in Allesund at 1 am! As our flight left before 10 am, we didn’t get much time there. I didn’t really notice the condition or cleanliness, otherwise I would have given 5 stars all around. I did notice the great staff (night manager and the person running the breakfast). Both were very helpful, and gave us advice as needed while maintaining a cheerful professionalism. Breakfast was amazing!! I also loved the hotel art, particularly the Miro. Altogether a great choice, despite the short stay."

"Dusty bed room dirty, amenities tissue, facial tissue, everything hunted bad experience so we had to check out the following day I talked to one of your agent that uf i can get a refund because it was a easte of money checking in on that hotel so we had to find a better one the vibes hospitality was off i told it was my birthday but nothing they just look at you. "

"The hotel declares as it has pool, but appearantely it doesn’t belong to the same company. They are charging extra for that. Room didn’t had the trash emptied and the windows was blowing through, wich wasn’t the best option with 4 months baby. Overall super spacious and well equipted rooms. Friendly staff. "

"The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator. The bathroom and shower were totally tiled, which was nice. The shower had a curtain instead of the typical glass doors which we liked better. It was great that both breakfast and dinner were offered. Breakfast was good both days with good options and variety. Dinner one night was thin soup and bread which was not satisfying. The hotel was across the street from a grocery store which was nice."

"We arrived just after the kitchen closed after having travelled a long way . Given it was my birthday I was hoping for a special meal . When I told the receptionist it was my birthday the chef said I will sort it for you . He prepared us a delicious meal of fish soup and king prawns and pasta with homemade butter . It was truly delicious and I would say Michelin star level . What a kind man . The breakfast was equally delicious with homemade muesli and homemade biscuits with the normal extras and even freshly cut sandwiches and freshly baked pastries . The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful .the downstairs decor was modern annd our room was big annd spacious with comfortable beds . All in all I would throughly recommend . Without a doubt the best food we have eaten in Norway 😃😃"
