Nice hotel

Our suite was spacious and laid out nicely. The staff was very kind. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

The room was thoughtfully designed with a great kitchen, large desk, nice couch, comfortable queen size bed and pillows, and nice bathroom with great closet to hang cloths. Plenty of drawer space. Ideal for a week or longer stay!

Great restaurants nearby!

Clean, comfortable hotel with easy access off Hwy 25. Pappadeaux seafood restaurant next door which is the main reason we stay. Overly priced but proximity to Pappadeauxs makes it tolerable. Other great food options nearby. Suites are spacious but televisions are dinky compared to todays standard and don’t work well.

This is a nice property. We enjoyed having a full kitchen as well as a breakfast that was included. The staff are amazing. We didn't need housekeeping but just wanted to change out the sheets ourselves so asked them to drop them off. They came in and did it all themselves. Very nice place. It is like a small apartment.

This place is great!

We were very impressed with Towne Place Suites! Large suite that even had a walk in closet off the bathroom! Excellent service, including Netflix (you have to sign in of course) and they even had delicious frosted fudge brownies in the afternoon! Also great breatkfast and coffee service. Rooms have a regular refrigerator/freezer, and microwave.

2nd time.......

While generally the hotel was great, this however was the 2nd time, i didn't receive the room I initially reserved. Everything else was pretty good, but be weary you may not get what you have a reservation for

Can't complain

First thing, i dont think i was even going to get the initial room i had booked. The room i was initially given was a bit small and someone was still enjoying their stay. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and got us another room and since it was smaller; I got a partial refund. That was pretty much the only problem we had experienced. I will continue to book this hotel because it also gas various resturants and a movie theater within walking distance. Great customer service and parking.

Great service and room was clean. Just would like it if hotels had pet-free rooms. As clean as room is, my allergies reacted severely to pet dander and odors. Asked for a pet-free room ahead of time.

Hard mattress

I have stayed at other Towneplaces previously and always enjoyed the rooms. This room was clean and nice. However the mattress was as hard as concrete. Never fell into a deep sleep because of it.
