The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Remote was not working for the TV so we got new batteries. Even that didn't work. Had to turn TV off and adjust volume manually. The remote worked for turning the TV on and changing channels. No ice in the machine on the 2nd floor, so had to go down to the first floor. Could do without the wall to wall mirror as a headboard. The room itself is worn looking. Could use some updating.

A nice stay if passing through Albuquerque

A very nice stop-over as I was just passing through Albuquerque. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was just OK, but a nice-to-have option.

No hot water. Called and reported it. Came and said it was fixed. Still no hot water! Lighting in room was terrible. Card readers on exterior of building were broken. Nice staff but place is run down and falling apart.

The check in was nice. From the outside it looks like any other micro inn and the staff were helpful and polite. But when we got to our room it looked as of we just step into a motel 6 . The door looked as if it had been kicked in at one point, the carpet was stained, the iron was missing, the doors to the closet where the ironing board is kept were broken off their hinges. The shower rack in the shower had been broken off and it looks as if maintenance put duck tape over it to cover up the holes, the shower head was replaced with a nozzle head you would put on the end of a garden hose. People that stay at micro “s do so because they are clean and safe ( we look for one in every city we travel to), but what ever you do in Albuquerque stay somewhere else

We had to stop due to the I40 being shut down in both directions and honestly, this was a really good place to stay. They are pet friendly and gave us a room on the first floor, which helped so much because we are both disabled and one of our dogs is a service animal. Our room was really nice as well and overall, our experience was good! We would definitely stay here again!!!
