My room was clean and spacious.The unit in my room works well especially on those really cold nights. The breakfast was continental I only had the coffee which was really good. Staff were all very nice.

The room I was in needs maintenance in the restroom area.. paint pealing. The water took forever to just get warm. Someone's items were put out from room beside me and it was not removed... Made property look trashy . Overall the staff was awesome 👍

Toilet would barley flush, no phone to call for assistance or to switch rooms? No trashcan to dispose of trash properly. Room was super cold! Couldn't get the heater to work. We took a baby with us n the conditions were not fit. Breakfast was alright. Don't plan on returning.

Convenient location plus free breakfast

Very convenient location, right off I-25. It was only about a 15-minute drive from the airport. It is pretty close to the old town area also. Free breakfast is a huge plus for me, as it saves me from having to figure out what I'll be eating for breakfast each morning. I gave it 3 starts because the room was a little bit weathered, but clean.

Staff was great and the room was clean. The TV's cable channels didn't work along with the phone which I found out when I tried to call the front desk. I called them from my phone and they were not able to tell me what to do to watch TV. She did offer us another room which was possibly a good solution but we didn't want to move.
