Convenient location with easy in and out access. Well appointed, with practically everything you might need already in the unit.Only one recommendation: owners might want to include an iron and ironing board in the unit.
This was a delightful place to stay for the weekend. It has a great location. And, is just the right size for crashing after a long day exploring. I will definitely be interested in staying here again.
We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. Checking was seamless. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.
I was comfortable, for the most part, and I definitely took advantage of being so close to everything. If I'm ever in Albuquerque again, I will look to book here. The only thing I would do to improve the place is provide cushioning for the chairs at the dining table. I used the table as a desk and, with all my work, I sat there for many hours.
This was so clean and cozy for our trip! So glad we chose it! Soft bedding and towels, nice kitchen. Parking is a little hard as the neighbor took the spot some, but that isn’t this owners fault. If I came again I would definitely book as it was just what we needed!
A wonderful stay in this well appointed adorable casita. It was exactly what I needed after working remotely in our offices. Quiet, great sleep, and super comfy. The parking across the street was easy and not inconvenient as it is very close. I will stay again, Charlene was a wonderful hostess.
The property was well maintained and it had all of the amenities that we were looking for. The property was modernized and cozy and it had both a backyard and adjacent parking which made the property that much appealing. The property hosts were pleasant to work with and we hope to utilize this venue for other upcoming trips.
This little place is comfortable and in a great location. The host responded to me very quickly when I had a question. There is an outdoor sitting area that we truly enjoyed. The house was clean and organized and there was everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking. I recommend the host and the space. Would love to visit again! Thanks Dyan
We enjoyed our stay in this unit near downtown Albuquerque. The space was clean and we didn't have any major issues, other than that there wasn't any soap or body wash in the shower, so we had to get some. It would also be nice to add a lamp in each bedroom so guests don't need to get up to turn off the bright overhead light. Apparently there was some kind of issue with property tax payments and a few people came to the unit while we were there hoping to see it before an upcoming auction.
Charlene was great at communicating. The backyard umbrella was ruined because of a previous storm and when I mentioned it to her, she replaced it immediately. Finding the key was a little bit difficult, but the property was great.
