We showed up, only for them to tell us we didn’t have a reservation. They said “expedia overbooked” unless our name was on a crappy handwritten list. Never, ever stay here. You aren’t even guaranteed a room. It was non refundable.

I booked a room on this website and when I went to check in they said they don't book with this website. This was a weekend that the international balloon fiesta was going on and majority hotels were booked except the most run down one's! They could not no accommodations whatsoever. This place was already questionable so be aware

I made reservations a week and half before our trip and when we arrived to check-in the hotel staff was very rude told us they didn’t have my reservation and that they don’t work with Expedia and told us to go away I showed them the email confirmation and confirmation number they then said they were sold out and to go away then they said they had rooms for $200 a night now I am sure I will be getting a no show fee . These people need to be taken off Expedia and any other 3rd party booking site !!

This place is horrible. I hope that expedia stops this place being on their website. The pictures on the website are a complete lie. Everything smelled of smoke. The bedding had cigarette burns through it. The door frame looked like someone kicked it in. There were bugs in the drawers and it looked like someone pooped or bleed all over the bed and pillow. I hope that this review stops anyone from booking here. Save your money sleep anywhere else. You will thank me.

I got to the room and they couldn’t find my reservation and the guy at the desk was very rude and told me I needed to leave and go somewhere else plus it was in an area where there was nothing but a bunch of junkies and it was very filthy and dirty and it just didn’t look like anybody took care of the place so I’m glad that I didn’t have to stay there, but I’m also very upset that my protection fee got wasted on that place cause I had to find some other place to go and I wasn’t happy, especially since I made my reservation in September
