The Space:
The home is modern and offers quiet and private enjoyment while only being a 4-minute drive to Wanaka township. Featuring a fire to relax in front of after a day exploring the area, this home is perfect to unwind in.

This home has two bedrooms each featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery.

A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes.

A perfect all season apartment for al fresco dining on the deck or relaxing in front of the fire on a snowy winters day. Fibre Wi-fi is complimentary at this property.

Alison Avenue property

Very clean and modern townhouse - very easy booking and check in process. 4 Square, takeaways, cafe on site and quick trip into Wanaka. Was quite busy when we stayed and as units were quite close together, noise could carry between them - especially if neighbours stayed up late talking in outdoor area. Other than that - a great location for a short stay.
