The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, Chromecast, and a well-equipped kitchen. Ideal for families or groups of friends.     The house offers sea views, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine. The living room has a sofa and cable TV with Chromecast. The patio door opens onto a large terrace with direct access to the garden, where you can dine both indoors and outdoors. At the back, surrounded by greenery, is the 15 x 7 meter pool, up to 3 meters deep.



    Free parking is available in front of the complex. Please note there are a few steps to access the house.



    The pool is very large and deep: children must always be supervised. There is no lifeguard.



    It is recommended to retract the awning and close the shutters in case of strong wind or heavy rain. Keep surfaces free of food: ants are common in Menorca. Turn on bedroom lights only with windows closed to prevent flies from entering.
