Stayed one night and had to leave, ruined our entire holiday. How can Expedia rate this a five star I don’t know. We stayed at friends and family till the end, Expedia need to strike the hotel off their list it is absolutely awful on every level they’re just setting up more families for disappointment. Surely you would send a representative to rate it for themselves. The place is falling apart, hasn’t been updated since the 90s, the pool area is way too noisy to lay there and chill, the food was the worst thing about it all it was cold and old, slimy pasta which was days old and stunk. No pride what’s so ever in making or preparing it. I’m hoping for a refund on the hotel. A truly depressing place, that looks nothing like the pictures shown. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!

Le restaurant n’etait pas propre, la clientèle gâchait toute la nourriture. Il fallait être devant le restaurant avant l’ouverture pour pouvoir avoir un table correcte et pouvoir avoir à manger. En 20 Minutes il ne restait déjà plus grand chose! Trois fois par jour c’etait la course pour les repas! Pour les transats il fallait se réveiller a 6h pour les réserver sinon plus de place pour la journée! Hôtel très sale et dégradé pas comme sur les photos! Nous avons du changer la première chambre car salle de bain cassée et climatisation ne fonctionnait pas! Déçu de cette hôtel, nous avons payé cher pour un 5etoiles il mérite une étoile!

Der var et stort udvalg af virkelig lækker mad. Det varierede bare for lidt fra dag til dag, det var meget den samme type mad. Pool området med rutschebaner er en klar vinder og faciliteterne på stedet er fantastiske. DOG!! Er det som trækker allermest ned er at, næsten Ingen snakker engelsk, hvilket en enkel gang var ved at ødelægge hele min overordnede oplevelse af stedet, (desværre). Alt i alt rent, flot og imponerende hotel. Dog vælger jeg andet hotel og område i Tyrkiet næste gang... For området er mest besøgt af russere. Faktisk mødte vi ingen danskere på og omkring hotellet hele ugen.

Dårlig service fra alle medarbejdere på stedet, ingen kunne engelsk. Skimmelsvamp på værelset, køleskab der ikke virkede samt aircondition. Badeværelset lignede noget der aldrig var blevet gjort rent. Det har aldrig været 5 stjerner. Maden var så ulækker at vi spiste ude hver dag, fordi maden stod ude hele dagen, og det var det samme ulækre mad der blev serveret dag ind og dag ud. Sætter aldrig mine ben der igen!

Super Beach Resort

Check in fraught as initial room unsatisfactory! Staff really helpful and we moved to a much nicer room with a sea view. Food lovely and we could always find a sun lounger on the beach. Generally cleanliness very good although housekeeping could’ve been better. Would recommend the in house Turkish massage!

beautiful hotel and friendly stuff

Everything is excellent but I prefer free internet and more facilities for young people age13 to 18 There is same activity but is not free we have to pay for it. And also there is not much inter tenement like music and TVs I think if there is any chance in the future it'll be great.

I have went to many hotels in Turkey and this was the worst in staff treating customers, room service and food The hotel is old and they don't do maintenance They don't have staff to handle the customers requests and you will wait a lot

Kaldığımız en kötü beş yıldızlı oteldi diyebilirim. Temizlik yok denecek kadar az, yemekler cok cok zayıf, öğlen neredeyse yiyecek bişey bulamadık. Tatlıların hepsi ayni 8 farklı renkte. Herşey dahil adına oldukça az şey vardı. Tavsiyem ya hiç 5 yıldızlı hd konseptine gitmeyin veya pahalı ama kaliteli bir yere gidin.
