Excellent food and very friendly staff

Not much we could fault at this hotel - one or two things like the strange rules about booking into the a la carte restaurants, the rather noisy domestic staff whose base was right outside our door (in fairness, we were offered an alternative room) and the fact that the band in the bar played the same repertoire every night. The beach is pretty stony. But on the whole, a really excellent place to stay.

Flott hotell! Ypperlig service!

Veldig flott hotell. Servicen var upåklagelig. Rent og ryddig. Maten i bufféen bærer preg av masseproduksjon, så jeg vil nok anbefale å prøve noen av ala carte restaurantene. Vi tilbragte kun én natt ved hotellet som en liten ferie i ferien, da vi vanligvis disponerer en leilighet inne i Alanya.

Falsches Hotel gebucht

Unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit fähig , wir waren nur einen Tag dort. Wir mussten das Hotel zum Delphin Palace Hotel umbuchen, da bezahlten wir 560 euros mehr.

Отличный отель с хорошей анимацией. Небольшая территория даже порадовала, т.к. Всегда могли найти детей 7 и 13 лет, если они отлучались по своим делам, в течение 7 минут. Хорошая работа аниматоров мини- и юниор- клубов. Мало русских, тоже плюс. Всегда мечтала побывать в этом отеле, мечта сбылась.

Delphin Deluxe - Känd dig som en kung

Vi är en famlij på 2 vuxna och 2 barn, 12 och 8 år som var på Delphin Deluxe Resort Hotel 17-25 april 2011. Vi har åkt på ganska många semestrar runt Medelhavet och jag har bott på många affärshotell i jobbet, och förra året var vi på femstjärnigt hotell i samma område, men Delphin Deluxe är det bästa hotell jag varit på. Vår vistelse var dessutom otroligt prisvärd, vi hade ett standardrum med havsutsikt + all-inclusive för oss alla fyra kostade som ett vanligt dubbelrum i Sverige. Det var tidigt på säsongen i Turkiet och jag bokade i början på januari och via Hotels.com. Några highlights: Frukosten: Färskpressad apelsinjuice bars fram i kanna efter kanna. Förutom kockar som stekte pannkakor och ägg efter beställning så fanns det även kock som gjorde omelett åt dig med de ingredienser du pekade på. Våfflor kunde man få både till frukost och på eftermiddagen. Middag: Pasta-röra wokad med det du ville ha i den, mycket gott! Choklad-fontän med omväxlande vit och mörk choklad där du doppade dina egenkomponerade spett med frukter, inklusive mycket goda jordgubbar. Minibar på rummet som fylldes på varje dag med öl läsk och godis och room service 00-06 (Vi provade den, snabb service, goda mackor och hamburgare!) Kvällsunderhållningen var inte så fantastisk, 2 proffs-shower på en vecka, resten med ordinarie lekledare, men tivolit var roligt, särskilt radiobilarna. Goda internationella drinkar som Mojito med mera, även fina alkoholfria drinkar. Bra uppdelning med lugn pool, familjepool, vattenrutschbanor lite på sidan och separat poolområde för små barn. Fin inhomhuspool, 25 meter lång och minst 6 banor bred + barnpool + sidopoool med lite bubbel i vattnet. Mycket fin trädgård med massor av blommor. Bra ordnat på stranden med stolar och möjlighet till skugga, klappersten i vattenbrynet men även brygga med badstegar. Mysiga små "hus" med madrasser och kuddar där man kunde ligga och jäsa i skuggan, både vid poolerna och vid starnden. Mycket personal som jobbade med att hålla allt i topptrim. Vackra möbler, stolar och tapeter, lite som ett klassiskt slott. Gratis tennis och badminton, inkl racketar och bollar. Det enda som kostade extra på hotellet av bowling och arkad-spel. Mest tyska besökare, så personalen var lite halvdålig på engelska. Få svenska besökare. Madrasserna i sängarna var ganska hårda (precis som på de flesta andra hotell vi varit på runt Medelhavet). Tredje sängen var i full storlek, fjärde sängen var rätt liten och ännu hårdare. Kom ihåg att boka följande i god tid (typ klockan 9 dagen innan i receptionen): tennistider, buss-servien till Side och Alanya, bord på á la Carte restaurangerna (vi provade kinesisk och texmex, god mat, men maten i huvudrestaurangen var så god och omväxlande så det var inte så viktigt med alternativ) Hotellet kan rekommenderas både för familjer och de lite äldre som inte vill ha ungar springande runt benen hela dagen.

Très bel hotel, très propre,cuisine et buffet excellentissimes et même un coin pour la cuisine diététique.Belle salle fitness et activités jeux pour enfants géniales.Belles piscines.Nourriture à profusion et all inclusive exceptionnel! Beaucoup de magasins et bazars ds les environs,génial pour shopping.Prix dans la boutique sac de l'hotel très chers.Prix du salon de coiffure pour manuncure et pédicure aussi très chers mais ok.
